i had no idea that chicago changed its name to 'perfect weather city'.. it's gorgeous here, everyday, incredible. being back in chai has definately turned me around as far as creativity is concerned.. i am back to writing music everyday and lately i have been researching and browsing different art/artists' galleries any time i'm online; watercolors, blended pencil, mixed media pieces, oh it's so interesting to me. i would love to hold some kind of marketing or PR position for some kind of independent/online art/media production company when i get out of school.. i think that would be the most satisfying job ever. i am in the process of writing and recording a three song ep that will hopefully be done in the next month or month and a half or so.. the music is pretty much all acoustic with programming and computer sampled beats in it, the ep will also feature some cello and possibly some group vocals, although i'm not entirely sure about that yet, but i'm actually starting to get really excited for it. my awesome girlfriend kerry is doing the artwork for it, i'm also really excited about that. when the ep is done, it will be available on myspace and on bandcamp.com.. more news to come about that when the time is right (ps _ www.twitter.com/davehennessy). on an academic front --> i just want to start classes already! i am so ready for marketing to take over my life.
